21-Day No-Complaint Challenge! Test It Out for Yourself!!!…

Tim Ferriss (@TimFerriss) introduced me to the 21-day no-complaints challenge and I am going to take it. And I encourage you to try it as well. Complaints are a form of negativity that drag you down rather than fix anything. In this episode I go over my thoughts heading into the challenge, since I don’t think it’ll be a piece of cake. I overview how little thoughts we have add up to a lot. But I’m up for the challenge and I hope you are too! Let’s keep hope alive and spread goodness with this.
