Big Projects/End of Year – 12/10/2019: A Phil Svitek Vlog…

I’ve been on hiatus from posting videos because I’ve been focusing on bigger projects. In this video, I highlight how I’m trying to balance both and relate it to social media. I also discuss the importance of stillness in your life, citing Ryan Holiday’s new book “Stillness is the Key.” That books has inspired me to journal as well and I talk about the benefits I’ve seen of having started. I go over some of the movies I’ve been watching and round out things by reflecting on 2019 and thoughts going into 2020.
