Challenge: Next Time Someone Asks How You’re Doing, Actually Answer Them…

I have a challenge for you that’s based off a technique recommended to me by a therapist. Next time someone asks you how you’re doing, you provide an answer on a scale of one to ten. Don’t give the typical “I’m good” response. This allows you to be honest and create a more meaningful connection with the person you’re talking to BUT it does not mean you have to then divulge details. It still honors the idea of a short exchange while being authentic. So give it a try. Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section or hit me up on social media @PhilSvitek
