Crowdfund Ends But Prep Carries Onward – 8/17/2021: A Phil Svitek Vlog…

What a difference a day makes, right? Last week, puzzle pieces (as I like to call them) started falling into place. Part of that was because of having patience. But the other part was because of working towards that. A major part of last week was the final push on our film’s crowdfund. I discuss how the campaign went, lessons learned and what’s next. Other major milestones from the week include a revised draft of the film’s script. In this vlog I talk about the thought process that went into it, especially since we had to cut certain parts we liked. Another big aspect was we’re super close to getting the song rights for a music track I love and want for the film. After discussing the film, I talk about the importance of having friends who energize you and also my thoughts on the upcoming CA recall election and how it relates to us all.
