Disney CEO Bob Iger’s Big Regret & Lessons Learned…

Everyone makes mistakes, even the greatest minds in the world. In this post, I showcase Bob Iger, who is Disney’s current CEO and has been for over 15 years. But before this, he ran ABC and made a decision which he regrets. He talks about it at length in his book The Ride of a Lifetime. What was this so-called “mistake” and what did he learn from it? Find out… As for why am I doing this? Is it to poke fun at him? To chop him down to size? No. My aim is for us to see that A) he’s human, just like the rest of us and therefore EACH of us is capable of greatness, B) mistakes can never define your legacy if you choose not to have them define you and C) the lessons you learn from mistakes can propel you towards that greatness you see.
