Fortify Your Body from the Inside Out, Not Outside In…

Adam Carolla has this idea that we all need to fortify our bodies from the inside out, instead of focusing on what’s hazardous to us in the outside world. Of course that doesn’t mean we should worry about things outside of us, but if we strengthen our body by eating well, exercising, sleeping, de-stressing ourselves, etc, we can significantly increase our ability to handle infections and such. It’s not guaranteed by any stretch of the imagination but it does help. AND we all know these things intuitively but we need to act on them, now more than ever.
