Tim Ferriss turned me onto the idea of professional feedback where you survey bosses, peers, subordinates, clients, etc about yourself. This way you get a 360 view of you as a professional so you can grow. It might be tough to hear some of the things people may offer, but we all need other people’s input in order to recognize our blindspots.
