I really don’t know what it is, but most people that I see applying for jobs assume it’s quantity over quality. Even recently, a close friend of mine who I hold in high regard sent out the most generic cover letter and resume for a big time position. What’s the expectation? It certainly can’t be that you’ll be noticed and hired. And because I’ve seen this play out time and time again, I did this lesson to guide you so you don’t make the same mistakes.
