In the film Blue Bayou (don’t worry, not a spoiler), Justin Chon’s character asks his daughter Jessie, “Is that a true thought or a blue thought?” This question, while simple and unsuspecting, really resonated with me. It reminds me of the work Byron Katie invites us to do. As such, in this episode, I unpack the full extent of this question and what it means to me. More importantly, how it can benefit you.
