It can be rather appealing to stay up all night and watch movies while we’re in this coronavirus quarantine. But it does you a huge disservice. Sleep is ultra important—just turn to science. But equally as important is your sleep pattern. Right now the world may seem like chaos and in order for you to stay grounded, you need to maintain your routines as much as possible. That starts with sleep. Make sure you prioritize sleep, especially because sleep is a big factor when it comes to the vitality of your immune system.
