Life Hack: Maintain A Regular Sleep Schedule…

From my experience, many people either don’t have regular sleep schedules OR if they do, they have one for week days and one for the weekend. Your body cannot differentiate between the two and you’re not at your most optimal if you alternate between the two. That’s why my advice is to stick to a regular sleep schedule EVERY DAY.
