Moving Forward Despite Rejection 5/4/2020: Ep 30 of A Phil Svitek Vlog…

Some states in the US are opening up and that can create some mixed feelings. Certainly does for me, which is how I open up this edition of my vlog. I also talk about how my friends are spending their quarantine productively but wonder if it comes at a cost. I then shift gears to talk about my creative projects, including sound design for my film, starting a script and how writing my latest nonfiction book has been a fun trip down memory lane. I also talk about what the Cannes Film Festival selection committee sent me and how I chose to respond. Plus, I give a tip I used to reconnect with people I haven’t talk to in a while. For all the various lessons I’m learning and applying, check out the full episode. If you have any questions, thoughts, etc don’t hesitate to write or hit me up on social media @PhilSvitek. Stay safe!
