Recently, I was reminded the importance of organization. And yes, it can take a good amount of time at the start to get everything in order, but it sets you up for success down the line. I share some stories of what can happen if you aren’t. Then I share updates and lessons from three creative projects I’m working on: a sizzle reel, the first draft of a script for an animated trilogy called The Arbiters, and my second novel. Afterward, I talk about how easy it can be to be demoralized in this world but how you can choose to either be a victim or a creator.
