Take Responsibility When You’re Wrong…

I’m not sure about you, but it seems many people refuse to admit when they’re wrong, much less apologize. Why? Who does it help? Not them, not anyone. So how do we normalize people saying they’re wrong and saying they’re sorry? It starts with ourselves. We must take individual responsibility. It’s scary because it goes against the grain currently. But it’s the only path forward. We cannot expect others to do something if we don’t do it ourselves. That’s my message in this episode.
