Want Increased Midday Alertness??? Try the Nappuccino!…
I’m a big advocate of naps to increase your alertness thereby productivity for the 2nd half of your day. Many successful people make it part of their routines. Churchill certainly did. But there’s been a silent few who have drank coffee before their naps. WTF? Why? That seems counterintuitive. Not really because coffee takes about 25 minutes to kick in. AND in order to gain the benefits of a midday nap, you shouldn’t sleep for more than 20 minutes really. Otherwise you get groggy. So, if you combine the two, you’ll get the benefit of both!
