Brene Brown was a recent guest on Simon Sinek’s podcast called A Bit of Optimism (https://simonsinek.com/discover/episode-27-the-one-with-brene-brown/). It was a wonderful treat because I have so much respect for both of them. And during their conversation, a topic that came up was the idea of vision vs logistics. Which begs the question, which is more important? Well, based on the insights they provided, it helped clarify my approach and so that’s what I share in this episode. At first I discuss it from the point of running a company. But fear not, I then extract those take-aways and apply them to us solo artists. Or at least artists without many resources.
