Whenever You Complain, You’re Really Just Signaling That You Feel Stuck…

I’ve often heard that anger is the externalization of fear but I’ve never heard complaining be explored until recently. What I learned was that complaining just means you feel stuck in a situation or on a problem. IDK about you, but I never realized this before. But now that I do, I recognize it as such and can move towards solutions. It’s a signal that says “hey, something needs to change.” In practice, we can look to Marcus Aurelius for some guidance. When he journaled, that was his form of venting. And after he got those thoughts out he’d examine them from a critical standpoint and look for the solution/wisdom. These are the notions I explore today in hopes that they may help you elevate your life. Comment down below with any questions or thoughts that you may have. Hit me up on social media @PhilSvitek if it’s easier. I’d love to hear from you.
