At Emerson College, I wanted to make grand short films. But my professor Rob Patton-Spruill forced us to make them 5 minutes or less (with credits). There was a method to his madness, so to speak, and since then I have learned the benefits of keeping your short films truly short. In this episode, I highlight the various reasons.
