Recently I saw Hulu’s We Work documentary (full title: We Work Or The Making and Breaking of a $47 Billion Unicorn) and it made me consider why some noble ideas and causes end up going horrible. Or worse, become harmful to its employees and possibly society. This is the question I explore in this episode. I also use examples such as NASA and Churchill to illustrate my points.
